Biscotti con farina di farro
Continuo a chiedermi: perché comprare i biscotti confezionati quando è cosi facile, veloce e soddisfacente farseli da sé?! Questi biscotti con farina di farro si fa prima a infornarli che ad uscire per andare al supermercato.
L’unico motivo per non farli è: il pericolo di mangiarseli tutti a velocità lampo!

Porzioni: circa 20 biscotti
Ingredienti
- 100 g di farina di farro dell’Azienda agricola Dolci Giuseppina
- 100 g di farina integrale
- 1 uovo
- 60 g di zucchero muscovado (si trova nei supermercati molto forniti)
- 15 g di miele millefiori
- 60 g di olio di semi
- 4 g di lievito
Così si fa
Accendete il forno a 180°.
In una ciotola versate lo zucchero insieme all’olio e mescolate. Poi aggiungete l’uovo e amalgamatelo, seguito dai 15 g di miele.
Incorporate le farine e i 4 g di lievito: otterrete un impasto un po’ umido e leggermente “sbricioloso”, va bene così.
Con le mani formate delle palline e sistematele su una teglia rivestita con carta da forno, poi schiacciatele con una forchetta, incidendo i rebbi prima in orizzontale e poi in verticale, come a formare una grata.
Infornate i biscotti con farina di farro per circa 20-25 minuti. A me piacciono abbastanza scuri, regolatevi voi a vostro piacimento.
